Background
Drew played by Brendan Hines, is Ralph's father and Paige's ex. He is a struggling minor league baseball player who assaulted another player and got a battery charge.
When Paige and Drew were together, after travelling from team to team, Paige and Drew agreed Ralph should have some stability and settle in LA. Paige and Ralph moved first. Drew was supposed to join them after a season, but instead went on to pitch in Mexico, then Tampa eventually Ralph doesn't see him for seven years.
In the episode Rogue Element, Drew asked Walter how it would effect Ralph if he was to leave and take Ralph to Glasgow, since he has a possibility of being accepted back into baseball on his dream team, and is thinking of taking Ralph and Paige with him. Walter didn't like the idea, but never gave Drew an official answer.
Relationships
Drew is Ralph's father and Paige's ex. He recently came back into Ralph's life, trying to be a better father.
He and Walter have tensions between them regarding Paige and Ralph. Walter wants to protect them from Drew possibly leaving again and hurting them emotionally.
